At Aventon, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for all e-bikes and accessories in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your items in their original original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
