How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that some specialized gear may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do Aventon products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our high-performance gear comes with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
